Wedges Bakery is a family-run bakery, cafe and deli in Solihull, West Midlands — established in 1850 and still baking on-site over 175 years and four families later. We have two shops: the original bakery on School Road in Hockley Heath, and our cafe on Dovehouse Parade, Warwick Road, Solihull. Everything — sandwiches, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, cakes, pastries, breads and proper coffee — is made fresh every morning at Hockley Heath.
