Wedges Bakery is a family-run bakery, café and deli with two locations in Solihull, West Midlands. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this website.

When you use our forms, we collect only what you provide:
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), and message
- Catering enquiry: your name, email, phone number (optional), event date, guest count, and any additional notes

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated usage data. This helps us understand how people use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects:

- Contact and catering enquiries: up to 12 months after your enquiry is resolved
- Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default
