What Makes Our Sausage Rolls So Good?

Our giant sausage rolls are legendary in Solihull. Here is what goes into making them the best you will ever taste.

Our bakers make the pastry from scratch every morning at our Hockley Heath bakery. Real butter, real flour, hand-rolled and folded to create those layers of flaky perfection. No palm oil shortcuts here.

The lamination process takes time and patience. Each batch is rolled, folded, chilled, and rolled again. It is the same technique used in croissant-making, and it is what gives our pastry that incredible shatter when you bite through it.

The Filling

We use quality pork sausage meat, seasoned with our own blend of herbs and spices. The recipe has been refined over decades, and every batch is hand-mixed and hand-rolled by our team.
